Where can you build a home?
A countryside parcel is the start of your own settlement. Buy land from a Steward, plan your buildings, and give the place a name. City homes offer another way to live near the activity of a town.
Location affects the in-game economy: land nearer town costs more. The choice is about where you want to return after exploring and how your settlement connects to the surrounding world.
Homes, workshops, and places for your company
Choose cottages, timber houses, or stone homes. Add buildings such as a smithy, stable, barn, storehouse, or tavern. A parcel has room for your home and four more for companions.
Walk inside and arrange furniture and storage. Road connections tie your settlement to other towns. Building a home is part of inhabiting Mythria’s world, alongside journeys through it.
What does property cost?
The property economy uses in-game gold. Budget for the parcel, home permits, materials, labor, and weekly land tax. Bringing gathered supplies can reduce construction costs, and building continues while you are away.
Exact prices and timings can change during testing, so this guide explains the system rather than presenting a fixed price list. No real-money property investment or cash return is being offered.
A settlement supports your companions
Give a hired companion a home to remove their wage. Their errands and work can bring resources back, connecting housing to party progression and crafting.
Read the companion guide to see how the five-member party works, then use the gathering and crafting guide to plan what to collect on your next trip.
For players who want a life between adventures
Player housing may appeal to you if a favorite part of fantasy RPGs is returning to somewhere familiar, furnishing a home, or looking after a party. Settlements add that interest to Mythria’s online exploration and character builds.
The game remains in closed alpha. Construction, interiors, economics, and companion systems are still being developed, and availability may vary between builds.
