Gathering & crafting · Closed alpha · Windows PC

The adventure between adventures.

Mythria’s gathering and crafting systems give resources a place in your journey. Gather materials in the world, turn them into equipment and supplies, and improve trade skills through use. The current trade-skill cap is 100.

Six ways to gather

  • Mining: work ore veins with a pick.
  • Felling: cut trees for logs with an axe.
  • Foraging: collect herbs, berries, mushrooms, and crops.
  • Fishing: use a rod and lures in rivers, lakes, and the sea.
  • Hunting: hunt game with a bow.
  • Skinning: use a knife to collect hides and pelts from beasts.

Your tools and skill matter. Harder materials call for more practice, and some gathering requires better equipment. Alpha testing will continue to shape availability and pacing.

Turn materials into the next journey

Crafting connects the materials you collect with the equipment and supplies you use. Mythria’s professions include blacksmithing, tailoring, herbalism, first aid, and enchanting. Alchemy is in development.

An ore run or a bag of gathered plants can be part of preparing for your next outing. Recipes, material costs, and progression are still being balanced; the alpha is a chance to test whether that loop feels rewarding.

How do trade skills progress?

Trade skills start at level 1 and develop through the work you do, with a current cap of 100. Harder work can earn more progress, while tasks far below your skill become less useful for leveling. Some skill milestones unlock perks.

Trade-skill levels are separate from the current character level cap of 30. You can develop gathering and crafting alongside the talent paths you use in combat.

For crafters, gatherers, and unhurried explorers

If you often finish an RPG session with a bag full of materials and a new route to revisit, this part of Mythria may appeal to you. It gives you reasons to pay attention to the landscape as you travel.

Mythria is still an online adventure game with combat and unfinished systems; it is not presented as a finished, combat-free crafting game. Read the gameplay overview and alpha details before deciding whether to join the journey.
